The ACC or Aquaculture Certification Council is a not for profit organization that was established to ensure that member processing plants, farms and hatcheries comply with a set of standards that ensure that product produced by aquaculture is produced in a manner that is consistent with Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP).   As an auditor and certifier, I have audited processing plants in four countries and the first farms in Thailand.   

I also audited the first Tilapia processing plant approved in China.
